The addition of ELECTRET SUPERCONCENTRATE in the production of non-woven fabrics allows you to create a high-quality product with such properties as strength, heat resistance, high filtration, increased canvas formation.

In the case of the same fiber thickness and weight in grams, electret masterbatch can reduce the resistance of nonwovens and improve the filtration efficiency.

It has good adaptability to blown materials, because this product is based on heavy-duty polypropylene with the addition of a charge inductor, with a special structure and the use of additives.

The equipment used makes it evenly distributed in the matrix, which greatly improves the product's ability to adapt to the processing of non-woven material obtained by blowing from the melt, its comprehensive filtering effect and attenuation resistance, while reducing the risk of network blockage.

It has a high degree of charge retention with a low attenuation value, with a long period of charge retention.

According to the Customer's different production processes, the recommended dosage is 2-4%, and the total product dosage is 3%.

The filtration effect of PTR 1500 polypropylene for MELTBLOWN producers can reach 95 levels, with the share of electret masterbatch being about 3%.
